Paws of Paradise

On a humid afternoon, this pack of dogs came trotting down the beach while some friends and I were checking the surf. It was quite an entertaining scene—like a canine Lord of the Flies moment. There were actually six of them, but for a few seconds, four lined up in single file, allowing me to capture this shot. They seemed so free, like they were living a good life on this small tropical gem of an island. I love the different expressions on their faces—what a dreamy pack of pups!
