📄 Payment & Cancellation Policy

📆 Booking & Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Payments can be made by e-transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

Your session is not officially booked until the deposit is received.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date within the next 30 days. Your original deposit will carry over once.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the shoot will be charged the full session fee.

☔ Weather

For outdoor sessions, if the weather is uncooperative (heavy rain, wind, etc.), we’ll reschedule at no additional cost. We’ll always touch base the day before or day of to make the call.

💻 Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks of your session (usually sooner). You'll receive high-resolution downloads and sharing rights for personal or commercial use, depending on the session type.
